Tracy Spann20/03/2024Mr. Nash responded quickly to my initial inquiry to re-key a new lock on our front door and he was able to get me on his schedule in a timely manner. He was very polite and went the extra mile to try to assist us with an issue we had with the new door handle we had installed. I will definitely use his services again in the future if needed.Posted on Google

Door Closer lost hydraulic pressure causing door to slam.
Our company needed a specific door closer for a large conference room. I tried to source out this door closer myself but had no luck. I provided Jude at Nash Locksmith & Architectural Hardware with the exact serial and model number. That same day, he discovered a perfect match from a supplier in Chicago, coordinated next-day overnight shipping, and installed it promptly the following morning. We’re incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency—and will continue to rely on his services in the future.

Door Closure
I work for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. We have our own maintenance guys, and we had heavy duty door closure that failed. This particular door closer was discontinued, and to make things worse it was considered to be a specialty door closure. I could not find a match, so I reached out to Nash Locksmith and explained my situation. Jude took the details I gave him and he went to work. He called me back and found the door closure we needed which was out of state, with 3 days shipping. Jude called me the day it arrived and installed in the next day. Thank you for staying on top of this Jude, and for you outstanding service.
